End of Season Team Survey

Thank you for taking some time to respond to the Fencor Parent's Survey. We appreciate your feedback, and welcome your comments; positive, negative, and/or ‘constructive’. Your responses are very helpful to the club and are an effective way to communicate your thoughts and feelings about your daughter's experiences this past AAU season. We wait a period of time from the end of the season before posting the survey so that the responses are as measured and reflective as possible. It is NOT necessary to fill in your name but it is necessary to fill in your daughter’s grade and team color (Green, Gold or White) or else your survey will not post.

Please take as much space as you need in the comments section. Anyone that requests a confidential phone call will get one as soon as possible. The goal of the survey is to make Fencor a better experience for all the players.

NO PARENT IS EVER CONSIDERED IN A NEGATIVE LIGHT BECAUSE THEY EXPRESS UNHAPPINESS WITH OR LEGITIMATE CONCERNS ABOUT A COACH OR FENCOR!!!!!!!! AS STATED ABOVE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME BUT YOUR THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS ARE PUT IN MUCH MORE REALISTIC CONTEXT WHEN WE KNOW EXACTLY WHICH TEAM/COACH YOU ARE COMMENTING ON!!!!!!

Team Name or Coach (Very Important!)

Team's Grade (Very Important!)

Your Name (optional)

Your E-Mail (optional)
